Aristotle's
Folly
Aristotle’s folly was in creating artificial classifications that
carved knowledge into 4 major groups. Before his time, to know was to
know – whether one knew music, a skill, information, or how to
philosophize. Knowledge
once classified evolves into a hierarchy, since some knowledge is
valued more than others. The legacy of this is what handicaps me
today.

Freedom's
Just Another Word
As
Americans, we have what people in Tunisia, Egypt, Syria, Bahrain,
Yemen, and all around the world want. Not just cars and TVs and cell
phones and all of the other things that supposedly constitute the
“good life” of Americans or the American dream. Not just
democracy. But freedom.

The
Four Agreements
The most important area that impacts
on our position on the spectrum of bliss to suffering is the quality
of our relationships, with friends, significant others, and most
importantly our relationship with ourselves.
Where
we are on that spectrum, and how well our relationships work, is
entirely due to our own thoughts, beliefs and agreements.
